QuickCab Airport System
The QuickCab System is designed to facilitate the operations of the cab companies at major traffic hubs such as airports, bus stops, and train stations. The system provides vehicle dispatching, vehicle real-time GPS based tracking, vehicle maintenance records, permit tracking, customer ride ordering, credit card payment, payment tracking, navigation system and detail report generation on various information from the system database.
The system is scalable to handle operations of cab companies from 15- 5000 cabs. The system can be scaled to handle large hubs such as airports with up to 10,000 customers requiring rides every day. The system provides triple-level redundancy to accommodate the high availability and reliability required by major traffic hubs such as airports. The system provides sophisticated queuing algorithms to minimize the wait time for each customer to 5 minutes or less and also minimizes the wait time for each driver to less than 30 minutes for major traffic hubs such as airports. It does this based on real time information, adjusting its vehicle queues based on the incoming traffic flow of the airlines. For example, if the flight is cancelled or delayed, it will adjust the number of cabs it needs to have waiting in queue.
QuickCab Small Fleet System
The Entry Level System is designed to small operator with up to 50 cabs. This system consists of a single server which is backed up on the cloud. This system provides all of the capabilities of the large system but it is only designed to run up to 50 cabs. The system can be easily expanded as the need arises
QuickCab Enterprise System
The Enterprise level system is designed for large taxi fleets consisting of up to 5000 taxi cabs. It can be used to run multiple taxi companies and in multiple jurisdictions.
The serves for the enterprise level are highly available and 2nd and 3rd level of redundancy is provided. The customer interacts with the system via the smart phone based customer App. Once the cab is dispatched the customer can track the cab progress via the smart phone. Each cab is GPS enabled and is monitored in real time via the system.
